Brief overview of the Products:
1.8 m³ TWIN BIN SIDE TIPPER_ACE HT -Side tipping hopper tipper with tarpaulin cover arrangement & has separate bins of 0.9cum each (total 1.8cum) for dry & wet waste. Waste from these bins can be disposed off in the stationary compactor from the right side hand of the vehicle. The compactor can then dispose off the waste in the designated area.
2-m³ Box Tipper on Ace Facelift BS4 – Covered box tipper with partition for dry & wet waste in the ratio of 70:30. Waste disposal is easier for the municipality as segregation of dry & wet waste is done separately at the source itself.
2.2 m³ HOPPER TIPPER_BIN LIFTER_MEGA – Hopper tipper with bin cart arrangement on Ace Mega platform. Waste can be collected in the bin cart & the same can be loaded into the hopper bucket with a hydraulic mechanism.
Jetting Cum Suction M/c (8KL) – The nature of application is Truck Mounted (LPT1613) Mobile Unit suitable for dislodging and removing obstructions and blockages from sewer lines. This is done by using a high-pressure water jetting system and suctioning (using vacuum suction system) the sludge/slurry from sewer manholes, gully pits, septic tanks, etc. The collected sludge is discharged through hydraulic tipping of the container or by blowback arrangement. The capacity of the tank is around 8000 KG (Water storage Tank Capacity-5000 Kg Sludge Storage Tank Capacity-3000 Kg).
