The Tata Motors Group global wholesales in August 2016, including Jaguar Land Rover, were at 86,288 nos., higher by 16%, over August 2015. Cumulative wholesales for the fiscal were 4,32,192 nos., higher by 13%, over 2015-16.
Global wholesales of all Tata Motors’ commercial vehicles and Tata Daewoo range in August 2016 was flat at 30,184 compared to August 2015. Cumulative commercial vehicles wholesales for the fiscal were 1,55,296 nos. higher by 6%, over 2015-16.
Global wholesales of all passenger vehicles in August 2016 were at 56,104 nos., higher by 25%, compared to August 2015. Cumulative passenger vehicle wholesales for the fiscal were 2,76,896 vehicles, higher by 18%, over 2015-16.
Global wholesales for Jaguar Land Rover were 42,260 vehicles (Includes CJLR* wholesales of 4,866 vehicles). Jaguar wholesales for the month were 13,038 vehicles, and cumulative wholesales were 61,979 vehicles. Land Rover wholesales for the month were at 29,222 vehicles, while its cumulative wholesales no. was at 1,55,030 vehicles. Cumulative wholesales for Jaguar Land Rover for the fiscal were 2,17,009 vehicles.
